Andy has had an exciting and rewarding business career bringing success to whatever organization he has worked with. Straight out of college in 1998, he served as a manager and eventually became partial owner of Mancino’s Pizzas and Grinders, buying into two of the chain’s seven restaurants. Responsible for top line growth and bottom line productivity, he managed 22 full-time employees and 25 part-time employees. Andy grew the two restaurants top line by 25%, while reducing expenses by 10%. Profitability obviously increased, as did his confidence as a business person.

After two and a half years proving his success in the restaurant business, an exciting opportunity developed to assist in building a start-up company that, in 2001, became Tri-Auto Enterprises. Currently, Andy acts as President and C.O.O. of CIK Enterprises and maintains his responsibilities for the bottom line and building a strong culture that will continue to handle revenues that increase 50% annually.
